Wayne developed his strategic thinking, practical game theory, and mindset mastery while he was a high stakes poker professional. He is an avid reader and spends an average of 2 hours a day learning. He now advises entrepreneurial thinkers to crush their goals while working fewer hours, to jump stakes and play a bigger game in life.
Wayne considers himself extremely fortunate for all his successes in poker and is now pursuing coaching to give back to the game that has given him so much. Wayne still plays private nosebleed games from time to time but the majority of his time is spent on producing videos and coaching. He believes that the ceiling of your poker game is reached through understanding soft skills.
Wayne believes in having a beginner's mindset when it comes to all things learning, growth, and personal development related. He attends many live events, does a lot of online courses, and is currently in multiple mastermind groups. Some of his current favourite people to learn from are Brendon Burchard, Tony Robbins, Peter Diamandis, Dan Sullivan, and Shane Parrish.
Wayne dedicates himself to being a lifelong learner, someone that accumulates knowledge and shares it with the world. He believes that the best way to learn is to teach, and is constantly trying to deliver as much value to the people around him as he can. He also believes the current education model is really broken and is on a mission to change this during his lifetime.
